Overview – Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt Course
Lean 6 Sigma is a combination of tools from Lean Management and Six Sigma, which focuses for process improvements. Lean tools effort to improve performance by systematically removing waste, and Six Sigma tools focuses reducing variation. 6 Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) method aims to increase product and service quality and thus customer satisfaction. Lean 6 Sigma, which is came out by the combination of these two concepts, is a globally accepted management strategy that seems effect on processes.
Lean 6 Sigma, analyzes the effects of process inputs on output with many tools and aims to control the variability of the output by controlling the inputs according to the proven effect degree.
Meanwhile, unforeseen losses such as HIDDEN FACTORY are revealed and eliminated.
The gaol of Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt Course is to train experts who can manage Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt projects in their companies.
